01 Agreement
By engaging Web Solutions ("we", "us", "our") for any service — including websites, AI agents, automation work, or consultation — you ("the client", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding contract between you and Web Solutions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services. Continued use of our services after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
02 Services
Web Solutions provides services with pricing and scope as described on our website or as agreed in writing:
- Premium Website (₹4,999 onwards) — multi-page responsive website tailored to your brand.
- AI Chatbot Agent (₹9,999 onwards) — custom-trained AI assistant for your website.
- Website + AI Bundle (₹14,999 onwards) — complete website plus integrated AI chatbot.
- Ecommerce Stores — product catalogue, payments, and order flow.
- Custom development — landing pages, automation, and other services as quoted.
Final scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, email, or invoice) before work begins.
03 Payments
- 50% advance on order confirmation, before work begins.
- 50% balance on delivery, before go-live or handover.
04 Delivery
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from receipt of complete brief and advance payment. Delays caused by incomplete information, late client content, or scope changes extend the timeline.
Includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Additional changes outside original scope are quoted separately.
05 Refund Policy
- Within 24 hours of advance payment, before work has substantially begun — full refund of the advance, less gateway fees.
- After work has begun — refunds may be pro-rated at our discretion based on work completed.
- After first draft delivery — no refund. Included revisions address feedback.
- Recurring services — cancel anytime; current cycle non-refundable.

06 Intellectual Property
On full payment, you receive full ownership of final deliverables created exclusively for you. Web Solutions retains ownership of internal frameworks and reusable components, and third-party assets remain under their licences.
07 Client Responsibilities
- Provide a complete brief (content, brand assets, references).
- Respond to clarifications quickly during the build window.
- Ensure supplied assets are owned/licensed and lawful.
- Make timely payments as agreed.
08 Limitation of Liability
Total liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
09 Privacy Policy
Information you provide is used only to deliver services and communicate about your project. We do not sell or rent personal data. Form submissions may be processed by third-party tooling used to deliver messages.
10 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
11 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
